Kitchen and Bath Design
Full service kitchen and bath design including our own private label custom cabinetry lines, millwork, countertops, backsplash, tile design, hardware selections, plumbing and electrical fixtures and appliance package guidance. We do the design, sitework, ordering, and oversee the installation of all aspects to ensure your dreams become reality.
DESIGN PACKAGES
Purchase from individual pre-paid design packages from our a-la-carte menu that suits your needs in assorted hourly increments. In case you want some advice on smaller projects or don't need full service design & procurement, or just aren't sure how to use an Interior Designer and want to try it out.
Paint/Color Consultation
Paint and color scheme selections made on-site by Certified Color Experts. Choose single room, multiple room, or whole house pre-paid packages.
Full-Service Interior Design
Sourcing, specifying, ordering, procurement, fabrication, and installation of all products purchased from our Trade Vendors we normally work with. We will work with your Contractor(s) throughout the entire project and even stage your home for the "Big Reveal".
How We Work
PROJECT INTAKE
During the initial consultation, we get to know you and discuss your goals, visions, and review any inspiration photos you may have gathered. We then determine the functional requirements and the atmosphere you want to achieve. We define the scope of work and discuss the budget and then onboard you to our project management on-line studio so you can have complete access to all aspects of your project throughout the entire construction process. You sign off on Part 1, the Design Fee Agreement, with a prepaid amount for the services or packages that you select.
DESIGN PLAN DEVELOPMENT
At this phase, we produce design plans for each space involved including design boards with furniture, custom work, finishes, samples and 3D renderings. We then share our ideas with you in presentations to make sure you are happy before moving on. You sign off on all renderings and enter into Part 2 of the Design Services Agreement
DESIGN EXECUTION & Material selection
Once the Design Plan is approved, all materials, finishes, furnishings are finalized, and ordering begins. Final working drawings are produced for millwork/cabinet production and submitted, followed by acknowledgements. All final pricing and terms of payment are invoiced to you for final approval and deposits are collected. Also, during this phase, the color scheme is finalized, and paint schedules are created. Procurement begins with purchase orders for each vendor. We review each order selection for accuracy, confirm pricing, lead times, shipping and delivery details. Cabinetry, millwork, lighting, and plumbing fixtures ship directly to the jobsite. We ship all of your furnishings and décor to a local receiver to await delivery to the jobsite in one delivery to the site for staging.
Project Management
We attend jobsite meetings with the Architect, GC, Integrators, and Subcontractors as needed. We set up weekly meetings to keep everyone informed of progress or discuss details with the team. We track the progress of all orders to ensure flawless execution of the deliverables to the jobsite. We update the on-line project management studio with progress photos and meeting notes for you to see if you are not present for meetings.
